Neymar Jr.

At the age of 2,

Neymar Jr. received his first soccer ball from his mother, and from then on it was goal after goal: from indoor soccer to Santos at only 12 years old. For the youth league, Neymar competed in two Junior São Paulo Cups.

At only the age of 17

After his second cup, Neymar was promoted to the Santos professional team in 2009. He premiered as a professional for the Fish at only 17 in a game for the Paulista Championship.

Brazil national team

In 2010, he got his first call-up for the Brazil national team and premiered with a goal! In 2011, he was two-time Paulista champion and Libertadores champion through Santos, and in 2012, he was three-time Paulista champion and champion of the Recopa Sul-Americana.

International career

The international career started in 2013 with Barcelona FC where he played for 4 years and was two-time champion of the King’s Cup, Champion League champion, and champion of the Spanish Super Cup. In addition to all that, he also received the Rio 2016 Olympic Games gold medal!

The Great Challenge

The life of an athlete is full of challenges, and as his newest challenge Neymar Jr. chose to be part of Paris Saint-Germain FC and earn new titles. On August 4th, wearing the number 10 jersey, Neymar Jr. was introduced to Paris Saint-Germain at Parc des Princes – his new home.
